My ‘Ava’ headpiece is quite a favourite with brides who want some elegant vintage glamour with a difference - and I’m delighted to be able to share some pictures of one my beautiful brides in her custom-designed feather headband.
Hanna fell in love with one of the Ava headpieces pictured in the boutique on my website and so I sourced a dress clip similar to the one she had seen there and added similar beading as she requested. As Hanna’s gorgeous glossy hair is so dark we decided to wrap her headband in black satin ribbon which meant the band was not only comfortable but it also couldn’t be seen, so her headpiece appeared to ‘float’ on her hair.
When Hanna sent me these pictures from her wedding I was so pleased to see how well her headpiece complemented her elegant gown. Hanna said: “I was so delighted with it and everything went wonderfully! I think you’ll see from the attached that it worked really well and I received so many compliments on it. Thank you so much for all of your hard work.”
